Christian Nodal Faces Lawsuit in Colombia

Christian Nodal, known for his hit 'Dime como quieres', is facing a lawsuit from an entertainment company in Colombia, which accuses him of canceling concerts scheduled for 2022. In response to these allegations, the singer's lawyers have issued a statement to address the situation.

In the document sent on October 29, Christian Nodal's legal defense, represented by the firm Mario Iguarán abogados asociados, dismisses the alleged million-dollar debt attributed to their client. According to the statement, the entertainment company in question, Alive Production, has breached the contract with the singer and is, in fact, indebted to him for one million dollars. Additionally, it is confirmed that a payment of 827 thousand dollars was made for the cancellation of the agreed concerts.

On the other hand, Alive Production claims that Christian Nodal and his team did not meet the agreed commitments, leading to economic and reputational losses for the company. It is mentioned that while payments made to the singer were refunded, costs for damages, losses, and ticket refunds were not covered, resulting in a negative impact for the company.

So far, Alive Production has not responded to the statement issued by Christian Nodal's lawyers, leaving the outcome of this legal dispute between both parties in suspense.
