Bogotá ignites Christmas with a mini-carnaval of over 1,000 artists. These activities are part of the 'Christmas is Culture 2025' program, a season filled with fun, magic, and shows for Bogotá residents and tourists of all ages. Starting December 13th, residents and visitors to Bogotá can enjoy other major immersive and free shows that will take place at Bolívar Square, La Santamaría Cultural Square, and El Tunal Metropolitan Park, among other locations. In this colorful parade, collectives and groups from the localities of Barrios Unidos, Bosa, Chapinero, Ciudad Bolívar, Engativá, Kennedy, La Candelaria, Teusaquillo, and Puente Aranda stood out, with proposals full of color, art, diversity, and traditions. At the end of the route, at Bolívar Square, the music was provided by the Bogotá Philharmonic Children's Choir and La Real Charanga. Christmas in Bogotá also moved to TransMilenio stations and portals, transforming into a great stage for encounters where art, music, and cultural expressions become tools to invite citizens to take ownership of and care for this space.
