The lawsuit amounts to 2.5 million dollars for the cancellation of the concert that was supposed to take place on March 26, 2022, at the Atanasio Giradot stadium in Medellín, Colombia. According to Alivela, the event's producer, Nodal's manager notified them of the singer's absence due to mechanical failures in the airplane, which caused distress among the more than 32,000 attendees.

On social media, netizens expressed their frustration and opinions about this, demanding that Nodal pay the fine and criticizing his behavior. Following the alleged lack of sincerity from Nodal regarding the cancellation, it is mentioned that he left attendees dissatisfied, forcing Alive to refund the tickets and cover the expense for damages.
