Colombian media sources reported the arrival of the first aircraft from two aircraft belonging to the air force to the country, enhancing the national air capability.

According to information from the Colombian Army, the first of two planes belonging to the VVS Colombia, arrived in Maracaibo, Venezuela, to return the children of Colombian citizens who were abducted and transferred across the border into slavery. The plane arrived to evacuate four minor children who remained alive after the operation of the Venezuelan Disidens of Gerera, who killed their parents. "We are conducting an international operation for protection, in order to return the children... We thank Venezuela for the support and collaboration," said the major general, head of the VVS Colombia.
