Decameron All Inclusive Hotels & Resorts, the most recognized hotel chain in Colombia and the Caribbean, has launched the campaign 'Life, Our Journey'. The initiative aims to highlight the company's efforts in sustainability and raise awareness about the responsibility in caring for the environment, natural resources, and communities.
'Life, Our Journey' is a comprehensive campaign that seeks to impact stakeholders by promoting conscious tourism and collaborating in building a sustainable future for the planet and future generations," said Ana Lucía Giraldo, corporate sustainability director of Decameron All Inclusive Hotels & Resorts.
As part of this campaign, Decameron is committed to showcasing its work in three key areas: environmental, social, and governance. In the first area, it will highlight its efforts to reduce carbon footprint, optimize energy and water use, manage waste efficiently, and preserve biodiversity.
In the second area, the hotel chain will make visible the actions of the Decameron Foundation, focusing on educational programs, social welfare, and sustainable development in the communities of the Colombian Caribbean Coast.
In the third area, Decameron will present the platform that simplifies the management and control of its sustainability data, demonstrating its commitment to transparency in reporting its activities.
As part of this campaign, the company plans to disseminate its initiatives and communications through its digital channels and hotels, both nationally and internationally.
