The Colombian Football Federation (FCF) confirmed that on Friday, May 29, a farewell match for the Colombia national team before the 2026 World Cup will be held at the El Campin stadium in Bogotá. The team will play a friendly match against either Chile or Peru. Colombia will be in Group K and will face Uzbekistan and Portugal in the group stage. The team is also awaiting their opponent from the playoffs, which will feature New Caledonia, Jamaica, and the Republic of Congo, to be held this March. The El Campin stadium will once again be adorned in yellow, blue, and red to bid farewell to the national team and provide massive support before their journey to the World Cup.
